I purchased a new truck at Malone Ford. I was greeted and assigned Megan to assist me. Although I pretty much had an idea what I wanted, they were able to direct me to what vehicles were available that met my needs and wants. Megan spent a lot of time going over all the new features (my previous vehicle was 10 years old) and the whole team made my buying experience smooth and painless. Everyone at Malone ford is exceptional!!!
In the area for work from out of state and my car broke down. Had it towed here overnight as an emergency. Currently being told it will be 5-6 days before they can even get it into the shop to take a look at it. My trip in NY ends in 10days
They are very nice and helpful.
