Just had service done and they were very easy to work with and very accommodating!!!
Arrived at 10 as scheduled for a recall appointment and diagnostics on a suspension issue. I took a day off of work - a benefit day - for this appointment. Upon arrival, I was notified that the text system doesn’t consider the service schedule when making appointments, and I’d have to come back a second time for diagnostics. I made it very clear I would be doing no service there if I needed two trips. They agreed to get my car in as scheduled.
