My wife and I really enjoy this place. The staff is great. It feels really “home town” and personal. They have in-house bloodwork, Pap smear cervical cytology, and knowledgeable doctors that make good suggestions based on how you feel. They listen. Even after we move to PC, my wife wants to continue here because the doctor makes her feel so comfortable and heard.
This doctors office and staff is a JOKE!!! Went with my mom for her visit to get her refills and Tina, the LPN had said on two different occasions that they were called in and ready for her to pick up; all the while being rude to us. I was recording the entire time we were there and the whole staff was rude as well. The place is nasty, I took pics to prove this and it smelled like mold and a sewer line had burst under this old house for an office. I was livid with entire experience!!! Super rude staff and long wait times plus they never work with people to fit a child in even when they are in a lot of pain just an all around useless doctors office your better off taking your child to another establishment
Wife had a blood test she called on 4 times over 3 weeks that the doc failed to respond to, upload online or file properly for billing. Another visit (unscheduled) came in as they opened the doors at 7 we were one of 3 people waiting to be seen (needed a simple prescription). Front desk gal said it would just be 15 mins. An hour later same gal said oh she's full today not sure when but we'll just have to see when we can fit it you in...no one else had walked in the door in the hour we waited...we left. Constantly calling in wrong dosage amounts or not calling in the ones they are supposed to. It’s been a battle for 3 weeks and they can’t get it right! I’ve had 2 visits in a week and talked to the nurse many times. I brought all my medication in. I spelled the names and dosage to the nurse and still not right! You are going to kill someone! I will never be back. Over a year with your office and it’s getting worse. You all need fired! ! I have spent a lot of money here. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YOUR LIFE WILL BE IN DANG... read more
