From the 1st conversation I had with the extremely nice lady that answered the phone (I apologize for not knowing your name) to the 1st time I talked with Ken I have nothing but good to say about Bailey Electric. Ken returned my call that same day. Came by the next day and gave me an estimate. The day of installation, he was on time and did a great good installing my generator switch box. I will definitely be using them again if I'm ever in need of electrical work.
They had to reschedule the original appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. They communicated the reschedule promptly and professionally. Came at the rescheduled time and were professional. Installed a ceiling fan and it operates and looks great.
