we have been using Phil Bailey services for personal income tax preparation for 2 years now. Both times he was very slow to prepare our taxes and worst of all he made the mistake each year he prepared them. This year we got a letter from IRS indicating that there was a miscalculation in the taxes during preparation. We have been trying to get in touch with him for over 2 weeks now to get his explanation on the error, but he just ignores our calls and does not return emails.
