Won't fix ac, waited weeks on basic appliances like fridge and stove new management just made things worse
Great place to live. The property is well maintained, conveniently located to everything in Stanardsville. My Grandad lived here for years before he passed. He had a very accommodating ADA unit that was perfect for all his needs. Great community the residents looked out for each other so I was never worried to leave him, as there was always someone checking in on him. Wonderful community room for party’s and events for the residents.
My father lived at this property for over twenty years. Prior to the rehab by Woda Cooper, the property was very run down, dirty, and known as a high crime area. Since Woda Cooper took over, the apartments are beautiful, the project is clean, and homey. Bailey Court is a great place to live, and raise your children!
