I had three appointments with Frank Bailey on the 16th, 23rd, and 30th of March. March 30th our plan was to do EMDR on the 6th of April. He cancelled that apt on the sixth by email. We met on April 13th didn't do EMDR but planned on EMDR on April 20th. April 20th apt. canceled by phone call from his staff an hour and a half before apt was to happen. 27 April I show up for apt., he's gone. Never got email or call.
