I had never been to a chiropractor before and was a little nervous, but my experience with Dr. Bailey was great! He was gentle but effective. He's very professional and personable. He responded to my inquiry right away and I was able to get in for an appointment that same week. He accepted my insurance, but would be really affordable even if he didn't. Overall great experience!
They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was extremely pleased with my first visit to Dr. Bailey. He's a pleasant, easy going guy. He took his time getting to know me and my medical history. Then he explained what he thought was going on and used a model to show me exactly where the problem area was. He is the consummate professional who is highly knowledgeable, exceptionally well skilled in hands-on treatment, and personable and friendly in demeanor. He has been responsive to my requests and flexible in arranging appointments. I am thoroughly delighted with the service he provides me.
