Had a cabochon, designer cut (at the bottom) royal purple amethyst ring cleaned here. It was supposed to take 2 weeks and it took over 3 months with me having to contact them regularly. Found the stone was cut in half; they replaced it with a pinkish stone (not cabochon) and kept the good stone for someone's earrings. The so-called gemologist hid in the back of the store every time I went in to ask about it. I complained but they refused to give me my ring unless I signed a statement that everything was OK. The ring we ordered arrived late and not sure if they were the size we wanted. They were both bigger and I have lost mine as the result.
Every woman in the world deserves to have the perfect gemstone when they're proposed to. So if you're the lucky guy who is found is chosen Queen go to this place and learn what type of stones there are and why they might be cheaper and better then the ones you previously thought were the the best.
