I love Dr. Bailey and her team. I have been going there for 7 or 8 years with My three pets and my daughter goes to her and I reccomend her to everyone ! She saved Shadows life and took awesome care of her when she was in need and loved her as I would have, I am so very grateful for her and all she does for my animals, We love you, Sherri , Skynyrd, Oscar and my Shaddy Girl.
I'm so grateful we found Dr. Bailey. She gives us the personalized attention our family zoo needed. We have three cats and two German Shepherds (one a senior dog with many issues). Dr. Bailey is compassionate and well educated. I really appreciate the time she takes to educate us on our pets conditions and the way she tailors each pets' treatment to match our families time constraints and budget needs! She genuinely cares about our pets well-beings :)
First visit, she made us wait for over an hour, then they mess up the billing. When we requested a prescription for our dog, they made us come to the office to pick it up, and talk about RUDE employees...omg. they refused to fax it in cuz we owed a balance on our account. She is basically holding our dog's health hostage. Then they wrote the presciption wrong....We WILL NEVER return and will NEVER refer her. If you love your fur baby, don't take them there.
Dr. Bailey brought our golden retriever through heart worms and she is wonderful two years later and she also saved our four month old Saint Bernard from a paralysis that puzzled us all. She fell victim to something none of us had seen before and we were close to losing her but she never gave up. She kept coming back and checking on her all night and finally called when she found the result that it was a large brown wood tick that was slowly poisoning her. The best animal clinic in all of Clark county, they care about you and your pet. They understand that your pet is a member of the family and they treat them with love and care. I have been taking my dog there for ten years now and so very satisfied with the treatment and care they have given him. I thank God that Bailey Animal Clinic is here and the staff is a blessing. Thank you Dr. Bailey for all you do for me and my Boomer.
