Terrible. They have bad attitudes, don’t follow through or fix problems. Dont make the same mistake as me, don’t rent from them!
I have lived in 2 different locations managed by Bail Co/Richlin Properties and I have had the best experience I have ever had in renting from any management company. I intend to be with them for many years to come. The management office has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy and taken care of.
