Awful, awful experience.. I bought a wedding ring for my husband, arrived in good time and looked lovely, but within just a few days the gold plaiting started to come off and then the ring itself started to bend and warp. I contacted the customer service team and was told it was my fault, that my husband was using harsh chemicals on his hands and that it’s only gold plated so this is something that just happens..
