She rescheduled my appt twice with no notice, causing me to waste 2 PTO days. Then when I showed up for a 3rd time for my now twice rescheduled appt and was 10 minutes late due to an accident stalling parking in their garage, she refused to accommodate me, despite my accommodation of her consistent cancellations. Incredibly unprofessional, I would recommend seeking service elsewhere as this Doctor is inconsistent and unhelpful.
Doctor Malde always addresses my concerns and answers my questions before I can even ask them. She’s very friendly as well!
Simply fantastic! She’s smart, to the point, friendly and an excellent listener. Finally !
