Bad business!!! I took my Matrix, that had been hit by a tree after a storm, in for body work. While it was in the shop, they broke my windshield (which was not broken by the storm) and they charge MY insurance for it. The front of the car was NOT even damaged during the storm. When I questioned them, they said sometimes that happens when they remove a roof and there was no further explanation. THEN when I got the car back, they had oversprayed a scuff mark on my car and it was now permanently stuck to my car. AND they also ... read more
