Updated review. My Kia Sportage broke down with only 7000 miles on it. Baierl Kia went out of business and left me in a lurch. That car had so many issues, after a long battle with Kia, I finally turned it in under extended lemon law. My advice, don't buy a Kia and don't go to Baierl Kia if they ever open another one.

I go out of my way to get all my work done here. I could go to another dealer that is closer but I go here. The people are so nice and friendly.
I spoke with several people at Baierl Kia to get a $90 dollar (or part of) diagnostic fee refunded after they did $240 in work. With Baierl Chevy this diagnostic fee is waived when work is done. BUT with Baierl Kia this fee is SOMETIMES MAYBE waived for break replacements.... Isn't a Baierl dealership a Baierl dealership whether it be Chevy, Ford, Kia, etc.? I guess NOT. And when they say, "Our goal is for you to definitely recommend our service department.", they are lying! What is $90 to a huge dealership? Especially when ... read more
