Parts dept. Does not answer the phone. Ever.
Terrible service and incompetent workers. Twice, when changing the oil, I asked to pay attention to the uneven wear of the front tires. I was told that everything was fine. Today I found a protruding cord on the front tire. This is terrible service, try to avoid it.
The “customer service” employee needs a tune up! His name was John Kurta. He chose to involve himself in a conversation that did not involve him. He then was rude and disrespectful and began to raise his voice! Never would recommend Honda Service to anyone. This was for an oil change and tire rotation which they charged me for when other places include it. It is questionable that the rotation was even completed.
