I went to Honda Wexford on last minute/emergency appointment, the service technician I dealt with was incredible, professional, positive and low pressure. I had a check engine light on that said, “Systems Emission Failure. I just traded in my old pilot and upgraded to a new one. AJ was so kind and helpful through the entire process. He had everything set up for when I arrived and took the time to show me everything in my new vehicle. They were close to closing and he didn’t rush me or anything.

Offered us $820 for our 2017 Honda CR-V…. you read that right 820 dollars. When confronting the manager, they said this was generous considering the engine recall and said its worth more like $200.. Ridiculous considering scrap metal value at a salvage yard is minimum 500. Unbelievable customer service, will be going to other dealerships! Ive also heard issues with other customers, so stay away from here if you can!
