Excellent service
My experience wasn’t the best. The staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude and didn’t really try to work with me on the price or the purchase of the car. I understand that some things depend on the bank, but I expected a little more effort and willingness to help from the dealership. The process felt a bit frustrating, and overall it didn’t feel like they were very interested in finding a solution that worked for both sides.
I been talking to salesman named Josh, I ended up even going there in person but it’s crazy how Every single time that guys tell you something it’s a lie , not professional at all, I waisted my time trying to buy new CR-v Not happy at all , very bad customer service experience, My deal was very easy , u either match the offer or not , he came back saying he got great news , we got the deal , then when I looked paper work it was 3000$ more then what he told me Bottom line , Josh is not worth of your time I hope I get job like... read more
