Scheduled an inspection/emissions/oil service A MONTH in advance. Got a call 3pm the day before saying the emissions machine broke. They confirmed they could still do inspection. I get up 8am the next day on my day off for my appointment, only to be told when I get there they CANNOT do the inspection. What a waste of my time and horrible communication on their end. Don’t come here. Never recommending this place to anyone.
This was my third visit to Baierl for service. Each time I am impressed by the people and the fairness that is extended, in addition to great, competant service work. Josie, Courtney, and Lonnie are great service associates that are courteous and gracious. Jim, the Technician, was also polite and courteous; while displaying his mechanical expertise. Very pleased with my entire experience at Baierl Toyota. A young salesman Kyle was very knowledgeable, patient and completed the sale of my 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander! He was able to get me the car package I wanted with a reasonable price tag. Then I met Lou in the finance department. Very easy to deal with as well as explaining the documents.
