About ten years ago, we purchased a vehicle here and had a very positive experience. Over the weekend, we stopped in hoping to purchase a new vehicle, but this visit was nothing like the experience we had in the past. The sales approach felt outdated—poor sales prompts and a “hurry up and wait” process. We spent nearly two hours there, including 45 minutes just waiting for a trade-in value. Out of state buyer and zero support after the sale. Bought a sequoia with a 26 gallon tank. Can only get 15 gallons in an empty tank. I noticed this on the drive home. Instead of just having me take it to my local Toyota dealer, I had to complete a lengthy convoluted process for their “warranty” program. They also insinuated I could have “damaged” the car on the ride home causing the issue! Could have very easily said have your local dealership look at it and send us the invoice.
