Received a recall letter for my used Ford a few months after purchasing it here. Resulted in engine failure. Also, the “Lifetime Contract” they talk you into is only useful if you plan to stay in the area. I was told it could be used elsewhere (I knew I was moving), but I’ve yet to find a participating place. Not cool!
Carly was the best! Very professional and went out of her way to make sure the whole transition of getting my car fixed worked smoothly. After they fixed the car damage, it looks brand new.
Good customer service. Quick appointment and they gave video updates of what was looked at.
