Great service all the way! Really... I can`t think of a thing... as usual my service advisor... Bert... is just perfect. The check out was smooth and clearly explained. I`m sure the other dealers scratch their heads and wonder how this type of loyalty is gained from their clients. As for me... it started with my sales rep Antonio Glass... then on to a fabulous person in the finance division (who also was a whiz with the new tech package I bought)... and then onto Bert Glass in service. Bad business!!! I took my Matrix, that had been hit by a tree after a storm, in for body work. While it was in the shop, they broke my windshield (which was not broken by the storm) and they charge MY insurance for it. The front of the car was NOT even damaged during the storm. When I questioned them, they said sometimes that happens when they remove a roof and there was no further explanation. THEN when I got the car back, they had oversprayed a scuff mark on my car and it was now permanently stuck to my car. AND they also ... read more

Fantastic customer service The time it took to complete the process was a little slow. I am a return customer and had hoped it wouldn`t take as long as the first time. Everything else was great. Shelby and Aaron?? (sorry I don`t have is card with me but he works with Shelby) were fantastic. I worked with Shelby on my TSX and that`s why I`m back. I do want to mention that another reason Bert in service. I never went anywhere else for my vehicle needs. You all have a complete package at Sterling McCall.

Bob Cook is the Best! Mr. Bob Cook is the best! I told my brother how great he was & he wants to buy a car from him in the next couple of weeks. I was a hard customer & Mr. Cook was very patient with me & worked very hard to do everything he could to make sure I was satisfied & I am. Thank u Mr. Cook for all your hard work!

Great support I thought Michelle... who was my service advisor... was very sweet and courteous. I hope that Sterling McCall will support her work and give her the training to allow her to become a top service advisor. What I didn`t get from her was a card. I would call upon her again... if I had one. Overall... Sterling McCall provides great service. All the personnel are always very helpful and welcoming. My car is old and needed attention. It is driving like new today so my compliments to the mechanic who worked on it.

No Hassle, No Games Your Sales Associate Mr Antonio Glass was the best. No "hassle" no "games" just a very professional and easy to deal with guy. I will not only recommend Sterling McCall to anyone I know looking for an Acura but I will also recommend Antonio as the man to see. This is my third TSX. First was a 2004 , second a 2007 and now a 2010. Absolutely great cars. Thank you!

Pleasant! We did not think we would buy our MDX when we visited that day. The process was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Manuel was neither pushy nor indifferent. His approach was just right warm and pleasant. Mr. Mixon made it easy as well. Keep up the good work and thanks.
