So disappointing! We bought two 25 foot trees from Bill Bahrs last year with a one year guarantee. One tree died immediately. We've called and even stopped by for the year with no response and no call back. We still have a dead tree in our front yard. We've hired them 3x in the past for landscaping projects and never will again. He cannot be trusted.
