This place is awesome! big plump sweet oysters, the most amazing seafood sliders, and a friendly bartender! I'll be back! Not to mention the great view!
Great family dinner celebrating a birthday. Excellent from start to finish...drinks, appetizers, main dishes all were fresh and enjoyed by all. Bonus was our awesome server, Donna, who handled our group of 7 with ease and was spot on to all of our requests. You can’t beat a great dinner overlooking the water on a summer night in Jersey!
I have rated Bahrs before, its used to be excellent. I don't know if its due to Covid, but this last visit was awful. We ordered 2 hot dog kids meals, a shrimp salad pita special and the tuna, lobster, shrimp salad sandwiches and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food after ordering (2 cold meals and 2 hot dogs shouldn't take over an hour to prepare, even at the busiest of times). Honestly the best oysters around. Like beautiful white pillows. All the food is great but the oysters OMG. Go during the week for happy hour. Oysters are $1 each.
