Contacted this "realtor" several times about viewing a house he had listed in Black River Falls. I called his cell, his office, left text messages and emails. I was a cash buyer and wanted to view the house as I was serious about buying it. This was 2 months ago now and I have since bought elsewhere, and to this day, I've still had no reply from him or his office. Just be aware, if this guy is your realtor then he's probably costing you showings by not returning calls!
