It is miserable calling. I don’t know if Tiffany does not care or what, but she doesn’t seem to keen to talk, not a personality of a receptionist let alone one in in healthcare. She either needs to be retrained on behavior or something, this isn’t how anyone wants to be talked to.
2005; I was in Doctors community as a young teen when they couldn’t find out exactly what was going on in my abdomen and wanted to transfer me because I was a pediatric in an adult hospital. Dr Bahmanyar stepped up and forced them to allow me to have surgery there. He had told my parents that i may die and to say goodbye to me. 0 if I could, my fiancé was seen 3/24 and he paid in FULL the $200, NOW He is getting a bill for $200! Along with other charges but the $200 was paid in full the day of. The receptionist sounds miserable Everytime I call, but no worries Now that my fiancé has insurance, ima forward the rest of the charges but if the doctor office decides to continue with the $200 ima just provide the insurance company with the proof and I hope THIS PRACTICE GETS IN TROUBLE FOR TRYING TO GET PAID TWICE FOR THE SAME F’ING SERVICE !
