Great Service and Friendly Owners! – I've been coming here for 3 years now and wouldn't trust anyone else with my clothes now. Everytime i go in the owners are always there and super friendly. They have gotten all my clothes clean so i dont understand wont these other posts are talking about. Plus they deliver on time and every time. I highly recommend this place.

Clothes-Haters – Not only is the place overpriced, but they don't like cleaning clothes. Every single time I have dropped something off, the guy has a reason why he thinks cleaning it is a bad idea. One time it was a velvet jacket - "the button might fall off" - then it was a suede skirt - "no guarantee suede won't rip" - last it was a silk blouse - "silk is very tricky." Yeah dude - I get it. That's why it's Dry Clean Only. This place is a rip-off. Somebody please open a legit Dry cleaners in Noho - I'll give you ALL my bus... read more

Expensive – Both the dry cleaners and laundry next door are very expensive (for an average job). I guess they take advantage of rich NYU kids, but I won't go back here.
