I have never had a worse experience with any merchant in new york. First, they did not pick up half my order despite my leaving a note that it was a large order and they would need to bring a big bag (which they should have known anyway). When I tried calling them to take the rest of the order no one picked up the phone for 3 hrs. Finally at noon someone picked up the phone and collected the rest of the order. Avoid if possible – I used these guys for about two months. did a good job on my first laundry load, but after that...everything went down hill. the next time, the ironing was very poor ( i had to re-iron my shirts). second time, some of the buttons were ripped and they kept making excuses. third time, stains on my shirts. three strikes...not recommended.
