I had an 8 am appointment and I arrived at 8:10 am after being told I could still be seen if I arrive by 8:10 am. I was turned away and was told I needed to arrive by 8:09 am with no written policy provided. I was not seen after the next patient either despite being present. The situation gave the impression of overbooking and a lack of respect for patient's time and it caused unnecessary stress.
I love Dr. Rahnamayi - she’s so brilliant, very knowledgeable and so caring.
Dr. Rahnamayi is a fantastic doctor.. she takes the time to listen, to order test, and to actually call you with the results (even if nothing is wrong). She thinks of the patients health first.
