The entire staff when visiting today was very passive, aggressive and rude when I was just generally asking questions about the product. Surprisingly, I have never been met with such hostility.
I really wanted to like Bahama Buck’s, but it was a disappointing experience. The menu is confusing and not very intuitive, especially if it’s your first visit. When we had questions, the staff wasn’t very helpful in explaining the options or making recommendations. The biggest letdown was the quality of the products. The shaved ice had a noticeable freezer-burned taste, which made it hard to enjoy, and the drinks we ordered were underwhelming and didn’t have much flavor. I can’t recommend this place at all. We had a gift card, otherwise, we would have requested a refund. Every item we ordered tasted like a blast from the past, specifically the kind of 'free ice water' in a plastic tumbler that made you realize the cheap restaurant was cutting corners in the kitchen. Truly nostalgic & truly awful. My kids took a few bites, hated it, and have zero interest in returning to use the remainder of our gift card.
