Terrible service just left and they gave my order away to the person in front of me the young lady working out the window looked at me in my face and said I just gave it to the lady in front of you and close the window in my face and let us figure it out for ourselves
Walked in and was greeted promptly. The young lady who helped us was amazing. I am.giving 1 star because the cleanliness of the place was horrible. We were the only ones ordering inside and only 1 car at the drive in. 4 employees visible on staff. One young man was on his phone. The other 3 employees were filling orders. The floor was so sticky and dirty, every table was dirty and the bathroom floor was just as sticky as the front. No handsoap in the men's bathroom but provided dawn dish soap. The place was nasty!
Horrible experience, we ordered 7 snow cones and waited 27 minutes to receive. The order placed after ours was served 10 minutes before our order. At 24 minutes I asked for a manager and was told no manager was there, was also told I could not take my tip back. I will never return to any bahama bucks again.
Very professional and the girl with the curly hair in the drive thru was very patient in 100 degree weather! 10 out of 10 Snowcones were delicious too!
