Horrible place, never come here! The snow cones were SO disappointing and definitely not worth the wait. I am never coming back to this location. The manager was not helpful and was giving me attitude.
The snow cones where not the best, but the service was horrible. Mia, which I later found out was the manager, was doing nothing and had a horrible attitude. I would not go back again if she is working there.
Layton was extremely helpful and explained all the best flavor combinations when I was indecisive. He even gave some of his favorites and common orders. I’ve never had an experience like this one, many of the other times I go the workers are rude and have ugly looks on their faces.
The little girl working the window tonight 8/31/26 @9:40 needs ti check her attitude, had to repeat myself 5 times until she finally got it right but still ended up with the wrong item and her rolling her eyes.
