I loved my shaved ice!!!! It was honestly overwhelming in the best way due to having endless options and toppings (I wanted to order like 4 different ones). I was so pleased when the ice was soft and not the crunchy/hard ice. Staff were very welcoming and offered lots of recommendations. Will be back!!
The only reason I am giving one start is because they had only one person working for a busy hot saturday....she gets 5 starts for the great service and how she handle things i know she had to be fustrated being the only one there....why do oweners do this to their worker if u dont have enough people to work your store close it for the day....
Super slow service waited 45 minutes for one snow one and had to ask for the snow cone twice. First time asking was at the 30 minute wait mark.
