Fast service unlike other locations and employees were nice
This by far was not the most pleasant visit. They were rushing, super long wait, and all three of my drinks were spilling everywhere in the cupboard. I went inside to get napkins and to tell one of the workers and she just looked at me and said oh, sorry.
Great snocones and friendly staff!!! Favorite snocone spot in town!
Rating one star bcz the workers need customer service training, yes there was a long line ahead of us when we ordered, we recognized there would have been a wait. But after 45 minutes and the entire store practically cleared out, we still had not received our order, when I went to ask (BTW I was very polite) the girl immediately became defensive and her first response was “I can cancel your order if you want”, “we just go with what my iPad says” funny enough every one’s ahead of us had received their orders and new customers... read more
