Got our snow cones quick only things was the table and the seats were all sticky like they were not cleaned.
I went in Sunday night with my daughter to get snow cones, and the experience was extremely disappointing. As we walked in, I noticed two employees sitting on the freezer near the register. We ordered our snow cones and planned to sit down together because my daughter loves sitting inside at restaurants and fast food places. Unfortunately, the dining area was filthy. Everything is sticky inside the store and don’t bother order anything to be delivered because it will take hours and their phone number doesn’t work.
Noticeably another customer had a similar experience in the reviews, I’m sure it’s with the same person. It got so overwhelming that they had to remove her from the register that day. This individual needs customer service training, yes there was a long line ahead of us when we ordered, we recognized there would have been a wait.
