This location has the worst customer service of any Bahama Buck’s in town. The drinks are frequently prepared incorrectly and are often nothing but ice with very little flavoring. Today, the employee was extremely disrespectful when we asked if she could fix the drink. Instead of simply handing it back to us, she attempted to throw and nearly causing it to spill. After all that, the flavor was still wrong. Also this location uses Kosher pickles instead of dill. Diabolical.

Only come to this drive through if you have nothing, and I mean NOTHING, to do in the next hour of your life. I thought ice+syrup+spoon would be quick, but the staff here really figured out a way to make it take TWENTY minutes. One Small sno cone… 20minutes. Really spectacular.

Literally the slowest snow cone stand I've been too. Leaving this review as I've been the second car at the window for about 15 minutes. Also the noise from the car wash makes ordering terrible. Gotta yell and repeat yourself.

Horrible customer service. I took one bite out of my shaved ice and the cream on top tasted so gross I immediately told the staff w one bite out of it that I didn’t like it at all and had to pay for another one which I ordered a small and asked to replace w even a baby shaved ice. We won’t be back to this location there not cheap and to have to place a whole new order is insane. Picture looks good but shaved ice wasn’t .
