Rude customer service slow staff
Horrible service. I waited over 15 mins for my order. I understand it was busy but when other orders came out before mine I went to the counter. My order was at the drive thru window. My snow was melted and the kid insisted it barely got put out. WRONG. It was melting already. This place needs adults to supervise all those teenagers to do better. The tables were filthy and the restroom was filthy.
Wait time is insane! 35 minutes and only 4 of us in the line. They lack leadership here. Snow is always white with not enough flavor
Do better why is white and not blue inside that’s not good you guys need to learn how to make the shaved ices better! We pay a lot of money we came on November 11 2025 we need a refund
Update: 3rd strike: still dropping. It's so annoying to consistently not get what is ordered. Same order- peach and vanilla. ..TOGETHER...ONE ON TOP OF THE OTHER- NOT split side by side...said it 5 times, confirmed twice. Then STILL got side by side. How are these employees so dense?
