I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience at Bahama Buck's was unacceptable. The restroom was absolutely disgusting — dirty toilets, grime everywhere, and it honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There’s an old saying: you can judge a restaurant’s cleanliness by its bathrooms. If the public areas customers see are this neglected, it really makes you question the cleanliness standards behind the counter as well. At 45 minutes and counting. I am still waiting for just two drinks. Will not be returning to this store. I will give a different location a shot. Hopefully this isnt a company wide problem.
So slow. So sad to have this experience. San Mateo & Farmington are awesome! Westside ABQ by far the worst!!! Took 45 minutes+ to get our order & 15 minutes to acknowledge people waiting in line. What… Somebody send them a good manager! Please!
Long waiting time
Waited in the drive through so long that we had to leave by the time we reached the speaker. About an hour and a half just to get to the speaker. Nobody took our order at that point. We left after waiting for about 10 more minutes without even being acknowledged
