Poor customer service. We go for the product not the long wait time or the rude service. My order is always wrong and they are always rude. Waited over 45 minutes in drive through.
You ask and pay for "extra cream" and you NEVER GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I had and paid extra for the birthday party with sprinkles and got little sprinkles. My other half also paid for EXTRA CREAM and again NO EXTRA CREAM WAS ADDED BUT WE WERE CHARGED.

I really wanted to like this place, but the wait times are ridiculous. Every single time I come through the drive-through it takes forever, and it’s not just a one-time issue—it’s consistent. The whole point of a drive-through is convenience and speed, and this is the exact opposite. It’s extremely frustrating and not worth the hassle, no matter how good the smoothies might be.
