the young lady at the window i believe she said her name was mez she was very pleasant & helpful had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable!
The girl at the window was rude. Our order was made wrong and she tried to tell us they didn't offer chocolate cream. We told her the person taking our order never told us that wasnt available. She rudely grabbed the cup poured chocolate syrup over the top. We kindly asked her to remake without any cream. She quickly snatched the cup again and slammed the window shut and came back with our cup that magically had the chocolate cream we wanted and again gave attitude with a sarcastic have a nice day. A little pricey but good selection to choose from
I’ve been going to Bahama Buck’s for years, but every time I come back, the experience gets more and more disappointing. Prices have gone up, and the employees always seem to miserable working there. Today I went through the drive-thru, and the employee taking my order asked me several questions about how I wanted my Strawberry Cheesecake Delight and my Creamsicle Sno. STAY AWAY! They must not clean the pumps or the ice machines. We all got sick within 30 minutes of having snow cones here. Could smell something was not right from my car when they opened the drive through window. I cant describe what the smell was, but it is not good.
