Minor grievance is lack of pleasantries but I think that's just me getting old. They were really nice though, just doing their thing which is totally valid. Cashier lady was patient with my children even though they were nuts.
Went to this location this morning and somehow the workers were locked out of their own store. I decided to come back in the evening to get an açai bowl and one of the employees said they were out of açai bowls. Come on Bahama Bucks get it together! Just save yourself the time and go somewhere else

Their shaved ice is usually great which is why I gave them 3 stars, but the staff is slow, rude, and obviously hate their jobs. I watched one of the employees give a kid the wrong order then get angry after he came back saying it wasn’t correct. He may have been 10. Then she was about to give it to the correct customer even after the kid took a bite out of it. Then when she got called out, she complained about having to make another one and said, “I’m gonna…” like she was gonna hit a kid for the employees’ mistake…obviously ... read more
