Went with my daughter and they forgot all about my order! She got her order but after 10 minutes she told the employees that I still hadn't got my order. This was my first time going there. The tables were sticky and looked like they haven't been wiped down. I really love the shaved ice but the employees just need to pay attention more and clean better.
Our first experience here was TERRIBLE! We love Bahama Bucks on hot days for the happy hour and to get a cup of whipped cream for our fur baby. We started out by waiting 20 minutes for our Caribbean colas and a cup of whipped cream. But we didn't receive the whipped cream. My fiancé went back inside and instead of going to the counter paintently waited in line another 20 minutes just to receive a cup of shaved ice instead of whipped cream. We won't be back.
