Went tonight to get snow cones and left highly disappointed. Took forever to get through the line, they messed up our order and for some reason the snow cones were salty. Not just a little like maybe a topping got mixed up, but salt lick salty. Was disgusting. Will not be back.

RecommendedLove this place, but GEEZZ they are slooowwww!! Every time we go through the drive thru there is a minimum of an hour wait before we get our drinks. Lugging around kiddos isn’t ideal to go inside, but we may have to try that next time for faster service. Can’t wait until we can visit and this be a trip where we don’t lose and hour that we will never get back
Slowest service. Used to be the best place in Waco to get snow. Employees are rude, it's always hot inside, and even if you're the only one in line it's like they had to go harvest the ice with Kristoff in Arendale. Like it should not take ten minutes to shave ice and add syrup. And it seems like every time I've been lately they mess up the order.
Awful service. Soooo slow has been the same for several years. I don’t get it none of the other locations are this slow. Waited over 45 minutes for 3 drinks. Staff is rude and the service is slow
