I called two weeks ago to get information on the sno ball sets. The young man who I talked to failed to mention that you have to place your sno order 24 hours in advance. We had our friendsmas party on the 7th, I called up there to make sure sno was ready to be told it would be 24 hours. I was pretty bummed because that was part of our days activities and no one had told me we needed 24 hours. The girl on the phone said she could make a small order and have it ready in several hours.
