The business was very good. The location was convenient but getting out was crazy unless you used the light. Traffic doesn’t let up.
The ridiculously long wait deducts all the starts and also the fact that half the staff stands around doing nothing and doesn’t open the window at all while you stand there for 15 minutes or longer. Also not to mention, that I ordered 30 minutes ahead on the app, and still had to wait at the window. And it’s every single time.
They need a manager working with them
We ordered here and waited about 30 min for our order. We seen our shave ice just set in the sun before they completed all 4. Upon receiving our cold treat it was melted. We were not satisfied with Bahamas, today.
This location has poor service. The young girls in there have snobby attitudes. Don’t know how to make drinks right very Rude corporate will be hearing from me
