This is an awesome business! The staff is fantastic and knows their stuff. Especially Jody. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Everything is clean and welcoming. Equipment is in good shape. Highly recommend!!
Very sad about my entire experience. I made an appt, when I arrived it was for a different time entirely. No problem. They made it happen. The lady was very unsure of herself. The door didn't latch closed, didn't find this out until after I was not decent to do anything about it. The machine, is so loud you cant hear what the directions are. I often come here when I visit my relatives in Alpena. From Charleston South Carolina we have great weather so I always like to keep my tan while I'm in town. Very friendly staff great beds it looks so tropical inside I love it
This place is fabulous! Jody is absolutely wonderful. She has the sweetest & most welcoming demeanor. The beds are great, the atmosphere is tranquil & the customer service is even better! So happy I found this tanning salon!
I came here for my first spray tan. I was a little nervous, but WOW the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, which calmed my nerves right away. My tan turned out so good and I will definitely be coming back in the future. 🥰
