HOA here is an absolute joke. They are never available, do not answer calls or emails, never in the office, etc. We just had to pay $400 out of our own money because our plumbing was backing up for the 7TH TIME in 2 years and HOA refused to pay for it. (Even though it’s due to tree roots in our pipes which is an HOA responsibility). Donna Johnson who is the HOA manager of this facility has done next to nothing to help with any of our issues.
