Good visit, nice, knowledgeable people. Good doctor.
This is one of the best run, most friendly, and most professional doctors office I’ve ever had the opportunity to visit. Very competent support staff and nurses who still manage to stay close to their schedule. Dr Amer has a fantastic “ bedside manner” and you feel at ease almost instantly. He’s able to communicate with you in a manner that you can understand while still imparting the information that’s required. He always takes the time to answer any questions I have. All in all, an excellent experience.
Dr Amer is always helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I have no complaints about my care, but the pprcess of appt scheduling needs intervention. Established patients should be reasonably accommodated, instead of referred directly to SMH, as a substitute for office care.
