I have come to this braiding shop due the reasonable pricing and generally okay braids for some time. However, I have finally reached my limit with these braiders!! Each time I have gone I have to confirm the price because they attempt to charge me more than what they quoted me on the phone when I call to book an appointment. I have never been so disappointed with a braid service. First, they told me on the phone that it would cost $200, but when I arrived, they said it was $220. Beware of scammers who try to convince you that you're wrong. I specifically asked for box braids, but the stylist did them at random. I ended up with a middle part and a Z-shaped pattern in the middle of my head. The staff also talk badly about you while you're in the chair. The more you check their work, the angrier they get.
