I’m so MAD!! Who steals shoes from someone luggage someone need to be held accountable!
Fresh off my flight and I researched this place ahead of time to get to suitcases dropped off prior to being able to check into my Airbnb which was almost 6 hours later for check in. I walked in and a friendly face was ready to greet me at the front desk with no problems. Asked for my ID, asked how many bags I would be checking in and also asked to look inside briefly of both suitcases. Don't worry they don't comb through your items they just want you to open them up. We had to kill time before a flight and didn’t have the option to leave luggage else where - found this place online and it was an absolute savior! Quick stop right out side of the strip that you can make an uber stop on the way back to the airport - very friendly woman for drop off and very friendly young man for pick up! Highly recommend
I went during business hours on Tuesday and called and no one answers it is not possible that at 9am no one is in the store being that on the page they indicate, I wasted a lot of time and I had to look for another option and that's why you can't enjoy 100% my stopover that I had in Las Vegas.
