The repair man was polite and explain everything to me and was quick to repair the issue. I would definitely recommend using this service. I like the service some much I even signed up for them to come back and clean my unit. Great company to call on!!!
Wonderful experience with this company. My heater went out in the early morning hours. The tech stayed in touch with me letting me know the ETA it was a late day for them but they came anyway. Diagnosed the problem Came back the next morning and fixed my problem. I recommend this company. They are awesome
I could not have asked for a more detailed, complete, professional and courteous customer focused service. John and Josh were all of that. They weren't able to get to my home until midday and they didn't leave until the installation of my new unit was completed and working properly. I definitely would recommend BAGS Heating and Air Company!
I certainly feel like GOD sent B.A.G.S to me! I had 4 companies give me estimates and I was not comfortable with any of them. Then came John. He and Josh started early and didn't leave until after dark to make sure all was perfect! I definitely got the best price for the best equipment and most of all the best feeling of a job done right!!! I truly trust they used their expertise and did the job perfectly!! I really appreciate them!
Called later Saturday afternoon when we realized that the AC wasn’t working. He was on another job and promised to try to get to us. I knew it was a long shot. At 8pm he called and asked if it was still good. Yes! Came and took detailed pictures and explained everything. The repair has to be done later but got my AC temporarily running so we didn’t have to sleep in a hot miserable house.
