The staff here is Excellent, shout out to Bill and Donna for taking care of our Every need. They are kind and compassionate and know how to say the right thing, we love the fact that even though we are at our lowest point in life, they find a way to uplift you and make you feel whole again Great staff thanks for ALL your efforts!
Rick and the staff of Bagnasco & Calcaterra did a fine job for my family and me after the passing of our father. They were warm, attentive and caring. The facility met all our needs. I would recommend them highly.
Every staff member was very kind, compassionate, and thoughtful throughout the funeral process and made you feel "at home". The inside had very nice furnishings and both the inside and outside of the funeral home was very clean and well kept. The large break area with your own full size refrigerator was also nice due to us having a large amount of family and friends that visited.
The compassion of the entire staff here is amazing. I needed help with getting a few items together for my Mother's memorial here in Michigan. They went above and beyond to help me out. I was actually stunned, to the point of tears (good tears) at their generosity. While I have attended many funerals and memorials here, this was the first time I utilized their services and I could not be happier with my experience.
andrea My brother was murdered in April and my me and my other brother were devisated and did not know how to handle all of this let alone how to afford it. They were so helpful and so kind. They handled things so well, I am sure that they were a little uncomfortable with all the bikers and they never showed it. I can not say thank you enough for helping us do something that we never dreamed we would have to do. Thank you for helping us make it such a memorable funeral.
Assisted With My Father's Funeral Losing my father was a tragedy for our family but these fine folks made a difficult job less painless. They were very sensitive and patient with me while my brother and I determined what kind of service we wanted. They also helped with grief support after the funeral in which I will always be thankful for! The funeral home is very nicely laid out. Very good payment plans.
