Unbelievable experience. I get it, we are a small account to them, not a bunch of revenue but day after day, the lack of accountability and responsibility that anyone here wants to take when mistakes come up is wild. Ordered in early November backpacks for our employees for our Christmas party on December 10th. The Eleven TSA backpack is the best backpack money can buy. I had one from the old company I used to work for and I really wanted one for my own brand. The problem is that they’re hard to find usually require a minimum quantity of 6. I was able to order the item on bagmasters and I’m now waiting for the item to arrive. I had a great experience. One call out the shipping cost was expensive. However when you want something that bad you will pay for it, I look forward to receiving the package soon.
Assistance placing my order over the phone was very quick and painless. Claudia discussed my order, emailed it to me to review and approved my order all in less than an hour. She took care of everything. She even got some fees waived since I was a return client. (I will update my review once the order is received.)
Derrett is exceptional at handling custom orders and is always incredibly kind. I highly recommend this company—10/10!
