I should have believed the reviews before I worked here very toxic environment the supervisor has his own little clique and damned if you make a mistake they won't even give you the chance to redeem yourself and fix the problem I remember the first safety meeting we had He was cursing out the employees treating them as they were like children I do not recommend working here very toxic environment

I was told to see Robert when I got there for my interview. Waited 45 minutes,someone else came out and got me,i did my weld test,then saw Robert. Robert never even viewed my welds in person,he looked at pics of my welds that another fabricator had taken when I was done and sent them to Robert. He spent less than 10 minutes with me,only discussed my welds,didn't talk to me about my prior experience in fabrication,what my capabilities were,what else I could do aside from welding.
