Treated Badly – You are supposed to get 50% of the price that sells. That never happened. I got NOTHING. Norma, the owner, was supposed to pay me for the things I left to consign but NEVER did. She said she sent me a check in the mail but it never came. I told her and she refused to pay me and the remaining things I left there she refused to return. A great gift for Richmond – Norma Santamaria has the contacts and client base to bring in wonderful, high quality clothing and accessories often not seen in the Richmond area. Items are usually gently used, but some are new from top designers. Norma and her sales staff are fashion savvy and helpful. Baggio has often been able to locate items for me that I could not find for myself. Unique, exquisite clothing – Toto we're not in Richmond anymore! First of all this store would be a treasure in N.Y.C. ! But in Richmond? I can not say enough about the clothes, the staff. I am over the moon about Baggio. The dress I bought today makes my heart jump with glee. Thank you Norma!
Baggio rocks! – I consider myself a savvy fashion shopper, and I love this store - not only for the selection of designer merchandise but for the fair pricing as well. The personnel are top notch - friendly and helpful, and are a pleasure to deal with. I consign here as well as buy, and have been doing so for years. DO NOT endorse this illegal disgusting place – This place is a dump. Norma the owner is a dishonest pc of garbage who takes designer clothes and will NEVER pay you for them. I consigned a lot of stuff there and she never paid me. she claimed they did not sell and yet she could not "find" them to return them to me. One of her former employees who had resigned because he could not take her disgusting behavior told me that she either wears them herself or sells them and does not pay the consigners. the store is dirty and gross ... read more
REAL bad experience. – The staff is rude. Plain rude. I am a size 10 and they looked down on me for that and the owner, a heavy set women, told me I need to get on a diet if I want to find anything good at her store! The staff told me I looked great in this outfit, went home, it was ripped and stained. If you are not rich and a size 0 then don't shop here. I have never been treated so badly in my life.
