Today my daughter and I went to Baggin’s for lunch. My daughter wasn’t feeling the greatest and was a bit extra cranky. Our cashier was SO kind to us. Rosy went the extra mile to get my daughter to smile and took great care of us. Those small efforts made all the difference in our afternoon and were truly appreciated.
Two weeks ago I got a sandwich to go from this location. I had eaten almost half my sandwich when I found a metal rivet (similar to a screw) in my sandwich. I immediately wrote an email with photos included to the home office. The next day I received a response back from the V.P. that was basically “Sorry. We will send you a refund”. Two weeks later I still haven’t heard from them. This company obviously doesn’t do well in the customer service and satisfaction area beginning with the management at the home office. They ran out of white bread. 3:00pm and no white bread. Awesome.
