Helpful, friendly, honest, dependable, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, trustworthy... all of this and more describe the experience we had with this locally owned business. The entire process was terrific! I highly recommend over the big box stores.
Mike came out and my kitchen had flooded and he immediately called Jeremy in on his day off to tear out the wet vinyl Lowe’s was just going to lay new vinyl over. Then when we found out the subfloor was rotten, they immediately went to work tearing it out and replacing the whole thing before they laid my plank that they picked out based on what I described and I love it. I have since cancelled my carpet install with Lowe’s and am going with Baggett.
My new Dreamweaver Mardi Gras carpet was installed this morning. I love it! It is high quality carpet and pad, at great price and the team did an excellent installation; they were fast, efficient and very nice guys. I will definitely go back to carpet the rest of my house. Thank you.
THE best customer service, honesty, communication, prices, quality, friendly employees. Mike Baggett came over for a quote. Bluntly honest and upfront with me, which is what I appreciate! The girls in the shop were so helpful. The carpet was installed 4 days later. The guys were quick, clean, respectable, and did an amazing job. Even swept up the driveway. Will DEFINITELY come back. Highly recommended!
Mr. and Mrs. Baggett are super nice and treat us like we're they're biggest customers (we're not). They always take the time to ask us about the property and our short term plans with the property. I've yet to find better prices than theirs and best of all, they guarantee their work!
