Requested refund 11/3/2026 as my bag wouldn’t fit in locker, have not had any response from them at all. Update 1: Baggage Storage Lockers have since been in touch via Google review response, they will investigate further when I email their Refunds Team. Update2: I tried to email the team, but the email address I was given by them is bouncing. Submitted a second refund request 17/4/2026 so let’s see what happens this time. Not very impressed with this business! Update3: still no response from SmarteCarte.

I was charged $5 twice tried to call on hold for more than half hour. Discusting service need to be audited ripping people off !!!!!

I swiped my credit card and was not quick enough to get the trolley out. Had to spend another $5 to get another trolley. NOT HAPPY. I also went to website to complain three times. No reply so far.

Very small and expensive! No one knows these exist and for a good reason too! I tried to return my trolley to Smarte Cart and it had no coins! Shame! $5 for a trolley!! The man with an orange fluro hat tried to take my trolley! He said he needed the dollar more than i do? Very strange airport

The least you can pay for big locker is $20. We put two of our grocery bags, two backpacks there.
